WS series cyclone separators are designed to separate moisture droplets and oil from compressed air. Separation occurs by a sudden change in the direction of the flow and its twisting inside the separator. Thanks to its special construction, the air flow starts to rotate, and oil and moisture in the form of droplets settle on the walls of the separator due to centrifugal force. Then, the accumulated fluid is drained away. WS series cyclone separators are made of aluminum with an anti-corrosion coating and are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and a working temperature of up to 70 °C.
The cyclone separator is equipped with a float drain by default, but it can also be equipped with an electronic drain. WS series cyclone separators are offered in the following variants:
